Here\u2019s how it played out.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wpsdc-drop-cap\">T<\/span>his particular Company was in the process of launching a wood-fired menu and had agreed to install <strong>Magikitch\u2019n\u00ae <\/strong>charbroilers with the smoke box inserts <a href=\"http:\/\/www.magikitchn.com\/PDFs\/manuals\/Series600\/L80-104.pdf\">http:\/\/www.magikitchn.com\/PDFs\/manuals\/Series600\/L80-104.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of course, they would be in need of a wood supplier to service ALL their locations. Initially, we worked with the test kitchen Chef in supplying samples that we felt had the potential to work with the unit. Unfortunately, as commonly can be the case, the size wood pieces sent didn\u2019t seem to be maximizing the unit\u2019s potential. The solution? HANDS ON!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wpsdc-drop-cap\">W<\/span>e immediately scheduled to be in the test kitchen some 36 hours later to work directly with the Chef by utilizing our cooking wood expertise to find the perfect fit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s how it works and that\u2019s what we are all about!
