Canadian National Barbecue Championship was held on Lake Simcoe-Barrie Ontario in early July.  Listen to the outline of this competition which included plated judging at each competitors location. International teams participating in the competition along with Canadian teams with the winner awarded and invitation to the “Jack”.  Teams share their thoughts and suggestions regarding how, why and what they used during this competition.  

New Jersey State Championship took place in July at North Wildwood New Jersey.  Listen to interviews with competitors, learn there thoughts, techniques, recipes and impressions of this competition.

The Lake Placid competition took place in July on the Oylimpic speed skating oval. Listen to Interviews with competitors at the festival as they talk about techniques and tricks about smoking woods.

Dr Smoke along with his bag of natural flavors is off to the New Jersey State Championship- Wildwood New Jersey!  He will be experimenting with a “Mango” and  a “Wine” Flavor.  Once the formula passes the “smoke” test they will be released on our web site for sale!  Watch for them soon!!
